• This permission is limited to non-commercial research and evaluation within CHIMERA-Agent.
• The original guideline document, or any substantial portion in its original or unaltered form, must not be included or redistributed.
• EAU guideline content and derived resources must not be reproduced, published, transferred, or reused outside CHIMERA-Agent.
• Participants must properly cite the EAU Guidelines and clearly identify the 2026 edition.
